- DLDiane· October 10th, 2025Good overall, although a few stops were problematic, Aramanche as most places were closed when we arrived after 6:00 PM, the hotels were too far apart in Bordeaux which caused our bus to be over 1 hour late , resulting in our last stop being after dark around 7:30 pm, & the stop at the chateau with the planes, autos, etc. was not worth the trouble.Show moreTrip date: September 2025

David· May 13th, 2024We booked this tour in good faith and that it was operated in English with max group size 50 and suitable for 3 to 90 year age range. All of this is incorrect, we were notified about a week before we departed Australia that the we were the only English speakers on the tour. Also the tour group size changed along the way from 17 to over 60 people, we did however have translates, but unfortunately when the guide would speak in Spanish for up to 1 hour and the a translation followed with Spanish accent it was hard to differentiate one from the other, and incase whilst Spanish was occuring over the.audio system the translates tried explain one on one to us but that was drowned out by the audio system. Also we were collected on our so called first day to transfer to Europamundo hotel by car by a non English speaking service. Upon arriving at Europamundo arranged accommodation there was no welcome but there was auropamundoShow more David· May 13th, 2024We booked this tour in good faith and that it was operated in English with max group size 50 and suitable for 3 to 90 year age range. - ABAlbert· June 22nd, 2023Very unorganized tour, they shuffled people from different groups and buses to a point that we were not sure what we were doing. The tour guides just dropped us at different sites and explained what we were supposed to do and never accompanied us to explain about the sites like other tours we had in the past. I will not recomend tourradar or Europamundo to any body.Show more Europamundo commented on this reviewHi, We apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your tour and once again, we thank you for sharing your feedback with us and for helping us improve. - PBPeter· June 17th, 2023In Carcasonne, we had to carry our luggage for 10 minutes down a narrow busy and dangerous street and up a hill and stairs to get to the train - Unacceptable. Several places we didn't have enough time to do a proper visit. Rush, Rush, Rush. Several places we got to only to find out that what we wanted to see was closed. Guides spoke so-so English and geared their talking to the Spanish people. Rarely did they accompany us into the sites (except Patricia who was awesome). What we got to see was great, but somehow I felt disappointed at the end of several days.Show more Europamundo commented on this reviewThank you for providing us with your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during the tour. Bonnie· June 16th, 2023I was very upset with the tour advertised as English speaking. Yes the Spanish as a first language did speak in English. I felt it was inappropriate to advertise as English speaking because first we had to listen to 30 minutes of Spanish , 20 minutes of Portuguese and last 30 seconds of English. And advertise WIFIon the bus. The only WIFI on the bus was a sign on the window by the front window on the drivers side. Also absolutely no bathroom to use on the bus. It was actually locked and we were told over and over why we couldn’t use it. Because it would have to be emptied out. Not fair not acceptable. I was sick and went to the front and asked if they could make a stop because I was sick and there was no bathroom. Raquel said iat the next exit. It was 20 minutes later which was too late. I threw up on the bus. I was so embarrassed and livid that she saw no emergency. The tour of Paris the City was the worst excuse for a tour. It was a bus ride through the city. All we did was ride on the bus. Sitting w I could not see anything The seats are to tall to even see over them. I could look out the side window but could see nothing I wanted to see. We made two stops. One at a very small restaurant to get a coffee and use the bathroom 15 minutes. 40 women to use a single stall restroom is just crazy. Then we stopped at the back side of the Eiffel Tower. The lady talking about Paris told us 10 minutes. The tour director said 5 minutes. That is a crime right there. The most famous landmark and only 5 minutes. We were walking back to the bus and I saw it leave. It just left us. 4 women. We didn’t know what to do. The tour guide David did not ever say they would leave people who paid for the tour stranded. We called a friend on the bus. And he said we had to take a taxi to SacleCour. We did not get reimbursed for our taxi. I was so upset by this. We didn’t have an emergent number or any warning. I’m will be scared by this forever. I can not imagine another tour just leaving the people who are paying for the tour. Later in the tour we waited for so many people who came back late. Like 30 minutes late. And on the tour we spent over 12 hours riding the bus. We did not stop for lunch or dinner. That was the most awful day of the tour. I can’t believe how we were treated. The guides picked up some horrible gas station food. For both meals. We got to our hotel so late there was no where to eat and after 12 hours of bouncing around on a horrible but ride I just wanted to lay down. So many things were done so poorly I am disappointed and sad. I wanted it to be a great trip. It was not. One other time when we got to one of the hotels to check into the bus was parked on the street. And there was traffic on the side he was taking the luggage out. It was totally unsafe. I’m talking cars trucks large vehicles zooming by. I wonder what the insurance company would think about how careless that move was. I never felt safe on the bus. I will never recommend TourRadar or Euromundo. To anyone. And every chance I get I tell of the nightmare it was. You can call it English speaking. It is not. Not by athe standard of anyone who is English speaking as a first language. Sadly it was not a tour. It was a bus ride. The tour guides were never with us. They just said this is where you go be back in 2 hours. Not a tour. A bus ride and a bad bus ride.Show more Bonnie· June 16th, 2023I was very upset with the tour advertised as English speaking. - EKEeva· June 1st, 2023Too many people staying in too many hotels. So much time went by collecting everybody. The time schedule did not work, we arrived to lunch stops after lunch hours and to the hotels late at night, once before midnight. It was a tour of sitting in the bus, sometimes 14 hours. The bus driver was obligated to follow his driving rules, so we could not start until he was allowed to drive again. The included dinners were unbelievable lousy. The group leaders spoke mostly Spanish. We skipped some places to stay on the schedule and the hotels were too, too far away from city centers. In the bus there were participants not only from my tour but from other tours. I am sorry for the people who wanted to see Marseille or Dijon, but too late, too bad ! !Show more Europamundo commented on this reviewDear Eeva, Thank you for sharing us your concerns, We deeply regret hearing about the issues you faced during the tour.
