Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll be transferred to your hotel and have the rest of the day to settle in. Check the hotel reception boards in the afternoon for information about when your tour officially starts.
- Day 2
Stockholm
Start with a panoramic tour of Stockholm, which spreads across 14 interconnected islands. You'll see Gamla Stan's old streets, the Nobel Prize Museum, Stortorget square, the Cathedral, Royal Palace, and Fjällgatan viewpoint. The afternoon is yours to explore museums and parks. If you're interested, there are optional visits to City Hall and the Vasa Museum.

Stockholm to Turku
You have the whole day free to explore Stockholm however you'd like. Then in the evening, head down to board a modern ferry for an overnight journey to Finland. Your cabin is a double en-suite, so you'll have your own space for the crossing.

Naantali - Helsinki
Wake up early and head to the ship's deck to catch the sunrise over the Åland Islands. After disembarking, you'll explore Turku and then head to Naantali with its charming wooden houses along the coast. Later, travel to Helsinki, arriving around lunchtime with the afternoon free to check out the old market, Russian-influenced buildings, and the city's beautiful churches.

Landmarks/POIs Åland Islands Turku Naantali - Day 5
Suomenlinna Islands - Tallinn
Take an included boat trip to the Suomenlinna Islands, a group of six islands with a fortress that's now a UNESCO World Heritage Site protecting the city entrance. You'll explore the islands and cross between them on pedestrian bridges. From there, board a ferry to Estonia (roughly 2 hours and 30 minutes), watching the surrounding islands as you leave. You'll arrive in Tallinn by evening.

Tallinn

Turaida - Sigulda - Riga
Travel through forests and open plains to reach Parnu, a popular seaside resort town. Then continue into Latvia with a lunch stop included along the way. You'll visit Turaida Castle (admission included) set within a large park with sculptures, then walk through the charming town of Sigulda. Before arriving in Riga, stop at the Salaspils Memorial, a significant monument honoring victims from a former Nazi concentration camp.

Hill of Crosses - Trakai - Vilnius
Head out early for Lithuania. First, you'll see Rundale Palace, a Baroque masterpiece designed by the same architect who worked on Saint Petersburg's Hermitage. Cross into Lithuania to visit the Hill of Crosses, where thousands of crosses of all sizes create a striking sight. Lunch is included during the drive. Later, stop at Trakai to see its gorgeous castle set on an island in a lake near Vilnius, then finish the day in Vilnius.

Augustow - Warsaw
Travel to Poland and start at Grutas Park, a site featuring 86 statues from the Soviet era. Stop for lunch in Augustow, a charming lakeside town. After that, head to central Poland and arrive in Warsaw by the end of the day.

Warsaw
Begin with a panoramic tour of Warsaw led by a local guide through this city of nearly two million people. It's a major political and economic hub with modern architecture alongside restored historic buildings. You'll walk through the charming old town with its restored Royal Palace and cobbled streets (a World Heritage Site), see the Palace of Culture (a Soviet gift), learn about Europe's largest Jewish ghetto, and wander through Lazienki Park past the Chopin Monument. Elblag Canal - Malbork - Gdansk
After breakfast, head north through Poland. You'll visit the Museum of Folk Architecture in Olsztynek (admission included) with its wooden houses, old mills, and traditional church buildings. Next, stop at the Elblag Canal, Poland's longest navigable waterway, where the museum shows how boats are hauled over land on rails to handle elevation changes. Then explore Malbork's impressive medieval castle (admission included), one of Europe's largest, built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Order and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in Gdansk by evening with its lively and restored historic center.

Sopot - Karlskrona
After breakfast, visit the European Solidarity Centre, a striking modern building that honors the Solidarity movement and includes a monument to workers who died. Then tour the Museum of the Second World War (admission included), opened in 2017, with powerful documentation of the 3 to 6 million lives lost in Poland during the conflict. Explore Gdansk's historic center before heading to Sopot, a charming Baltic seaside resort with a long sandy beach and one of Europe's longest wooden piers offering beautiful sea views. In the evening, board a modern ferry for an overnight journey back to Sweden, departing at 7:30 p.m. Breakfast is included.

Västervik - Stockholm
The ferry arrives in Karlskrona around 6:30 a.m. From there, continue to Stockholm with a stop in Västervik, a charming seaside town with a nice historic center. You'll arrive in Stockholm in the afternoon, back in this beautiful city spread across 14 islands connected by numerous bridges and ferries. Your tour ends here. Take time to stroll through the historic center, visit museums and parks, and check your flight time in case you need to book an extra night.
