- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll arrive at Noi Bai International Airport where a private driver meets you for the transfer to your hotel. After getting settled in, you have dinner at Tam Vi Restaurant, a Michelin-starred spot housed in a vintage tea house where you'll try authentic Northern Vietnamese dishes.

Hanoi
This morning you head out early with a private guide to see rural life around Hanoi. You'll visit Ri Village to meet Mr. Duoc, a tea farm owner and Vietnam War veteran, and help harvest tea leaves. Then it's on to Moc Village for a cooking class with Mrs. Chin, followed by cycling through rice paddies, exploring the village, and ending with a traditional herbal foot bath.

Later there's a cooking demonstration, a sunset party on deck, and your first night aboard with dinner and optional evening activities.

Return to the cruise to relax before checkout, then have a farewell lunch as you sail back to Tuan Chau Marina and catch the shuttle bus back to Hanoi.

Hoi An

From there you glide through the coconut jungle in a traditional bamboo basket boat, then do a hands-on cooking class making seven signature Hoi An dishes before finishing with lunch by the river.

Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
Your day trip starts in My Tho on the Mekong River. You visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, then board a sampan and cruise past four scenic islands named Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. At Unicorn Island you walk country lanes and explore orchards with fresh tropical fruits, then ride a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son Canal to a honey-bee farm and coconut candy workshop. After lunch, you can cycle around Tan Thach Village or relax in hammocks before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City.
