Itinerary
- Day 1
Helsinki
You'll arrive in Helsinki and get settled at your hotel before meeting up with your CEO and the rest of the group. There's a short walk through the city to get oriented, and if you're landing early, grabbing a Helsinki travel card is worth considering since it covers public transport and museum entry. If you're up for it, there's an optional dinner out later that evening.

Helsinki to Rovaniemi
Start this morning by taking a local train to Heureka Science Centre where the interactive exhibits and displays are really geared toward hands-on exploration. After heading back to Helsinki for lunch, you'll have time to walk around the city centre with some downtime to rest. By evening, you board the Santa Claus Express overnight train heading to Rovaniemi at 10:00 PM, so you'll sleep as the train travels north.

Rovaniemi to Ranua
Once you arrive at Rovaniemi station, you'll drive across the Arctic Circle to reach Santa Claus Village where you can spot Santa and send postcards from his post office. After some free time there, the drive continues to Ranua where you'll check in. Later that evening, you'll have an Aurora Borealis picnic with a fire going while hopefully catching the Northern Lights dancing overhead.

Landmarks/POIs Arctic Circle Santa Claus Village - Day 4
Ranua
Head to Lupland Activity Park this morning to meet the huskies and take a sleigh ride through the snowy Lapland landscape. From there, you'll meet reindeer and talk with Indigenous herders about local culture, then go on a reindeer safari through the wilderness before lunch. The afternoon gives you time to relax, and in the evening your CEO will lead a Northern Lights walk out to a dark-sky area.

Ranua
This is your final full day in Lapland and it's entirely up to you how to spend it. There are plenty of optional activities on offer like snowshoeing, visiting the icefalls at Korouoma, doing another reindeer safari, or booking a sauna experience out in the woods if that appeals to you.

Ranua to Rovaniemi
After breakfast, you'll head out from Ranua and transfer back to Rovaniemi where the tour wraps up once you reach either the train station or airport.
