Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Bangkok

You'll arrive in Bangkok and jump right into the city's pulse. Depending on your arrival time, walk through the Night Markets or check out Yaowarat Road in Chinatown, where the streets fill with vendors and locals hunting for dinner. Khao San Road is another option if you want to see where backpackers gather. Try street food like pad Thai and mango sticky rice from the carts, or go for something more unusual if you're feeling adventurous. If you're arriving on a weekend, Chatuchak Market is massive and worth the trip for clothes, crafts, and more food.

    Optional Activities

    • Explore Night Market
    • Wander Yaowarat Road (Chinatown)
    • Visit Khao San Road
    • Browse Chatuchak Market (weekends)

See the Grand Palace first with its golden roofs catching the morning light, then head over to Wat Pho to find the enormous golden reclining Buddha. After that, you'll climb more than 300 steps up to Wat Saket for views across the city. Finish your day at the Flower Market where the air smells incredible and vendors arrange blooms in every direction.

Later, consider taking a boat trip on the Chao Phraya River to see Wat Arun and catch the skyline from the water. In the evening, go by boat to Asiatique Riverfront Nightmarket, which you can only reach by water. The atmosphere there is different from other markets, with the river breeze and evening energy adding to the experience.

Explore two of Bangkok's most famous markets on your own. Start at Maeklong Railway Market where vendor stalls sit right on the train tracks and the shopkeepers move everything aside when trains pass through. After that, head to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market where traders sell goods from long boats in the khlongs. It's a completely different way to shop than you'll find in most places.

  5. Day 5

    Bangkok to Koh Kood

Leave Bangkok behind and travel by road and boat to Koh Kood, a more secluded island where you can actually rest. The journey takes you past wild palm groves and small bays before you reach your accommodation. Once you settle in, spend the rest of the day relaxing on the sand, listening to jungle sounds mixed with waves crashing on shore.

    Koh Kood
  6. Day 6

    Koh Kood

You'll wake up to jungle sounds and the ocean. Rent a scooter to explore Koh Kood at your own pace. Ride out to Khlong Chao Waterfalls for a short hike through the jungle and a swim in clear water. Continue to secluded beaches where the road ends and sand takes over. By evening, find a spot to watch the sunset with palm trees and wide views of the water.

    Optional Activities

Our trip was absolutely wonderful. The private transfers worked perfectly, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. What I really appreciated was that we had plenty of time in each place – nothing ever felt rushed. Khao Lak was the perfect spot to arrive and unwind, in Krabi we loved the nature and beaches, and Phuket was a lively ending with lots of variety. The combination of destinations felt very well thought out. Overall, everything was really well organized and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed but diverse trip.

A perfect fusion of rainforest and turquoise coast! From canoeing through Khao Sok’s lush jungle to huddling on bamboo beaches at sunset, each day brought something new. Ending in nightlife-filled Phuket was the cherry on top.

This was a joyful rhythm of discovery—songthaews speeding through Chiang Mai’s greenery, floating kitchens under temple spires, quiet sunsets over Krabi, and decadent seafood in Phuket. Energetic, tranquil, soulful.
