Itinerary
- Day 1BogotaYou'll arrive in Bogota on your own schedule. If you get to the hotel by 6pm, your tour leader will be waiting for a welcome meeting and dinner. If you're arriving later, no problem - wander through the colorful colonial streets of La Candelaria instead. The neighborhood has plenty of museums, bars, restaurants, and historic churches to check out at your own pace. - Meals

- Day 2Bogota to PereiraAfter breakfast, you'll catch a flight to Pereira in Colombia's coffee region, a UNESCO World Heritage area. Once you're checked into your hotel, head out for an afternoon coffee tour at Finca Del Cafe. There you'll learn how coffee gets cultivated and picked, watch the roasting process, and try cupping techniques before tasting two specialist coffees. - Meals

- Day 3PereiraYou'll drive about an hour through plantations and rolling hills to reach Finca Romelia, home to one of Colombia's largest orchid collections. A botanist on staff will guide you through the shaded forests and gardens. After that, you'll have lunch with the Londoño family, who've owned the farm for over 45 years. The afternoon is yours to relax, or you can optionally visit the colorful town of Salento. - Meals

- Day 4Pereira to MedellinEarly this morning you'll drive north to Medellin on roughly a six-hour journey with a few stops along the way. Once you check into your boutique eco-hotel in the city center, the rest of the day is open. You can relax at the hotel or start exploring the city known for its transformation - you'll find street art, cable cars, plazas, and reggaeton and salsa music throughout. Optional Activities- Explore Medellin independently including street art, cable cars, traditional plazas and local nightlife
 
- Day 5MedellinYou'll spend the day with a local guide learning about Medellin's complex history and current energy. You'll travel by private transport, walk, and take cable cars to visit key sites like Casa de la Memoria Museum honoring drug trade victims and Parque Memorial la Inflexion built in memory of 46,000 victims. Then you'll head to Comuna 13, a neighborhood that transformed from notorious to vibrant - the Son Bata organization will show you local music, creative arts, murals, and the winding staircases that line the streets. Included Activities- Guided tour of Medellin's historical sites including Pablo Escobar's former home, Casa de la Memoria Museum, and Parque Memorial la Inflexion

- Day 6Medellin to CartagenaYour morning is free to experience more of Medellin, or you can take an optional trip to Guatape, a lakeside town with pastel-painted houses and intricate Zocalos artwork. In the afternoon, you'll fly to Cartagena on the Caribbean coast. After you transfer to your hotel in the old town, you'll arrive late evening. Included Activities- Flight to Cartagena
 Optional Activities- Visit picturesque lakeside town of Guatape known as 'Pueblo de Zocalos' with pastel-colored houses and intricate paintings of animals, musical instruments, flowers and birds on building facades

- Day 7CartagenaYou'll walk through Cartagena's main sights including old plazas, churches, cafes, restaurants, and markets. The afternoon is open for relaxing at your hotel or continuing to explore. If you're interested, you can optionally visit the hilltop convent Santa Cruz de la Popa for panoramic city views or the 16th-century San Felipe fortress. Early evening, you'll drive to La Boquilla fishing village for drinks and dinner at the beach with sunset views before heading back to your hotel. - Meals
- Dinner (Final drinks and dinner at La Boquilla beach)

- Day 8CartagenaYour tour ends after breakfast at the hotel. You're free to leave Cartagena whenever you'd like. If your flight departs later in the day, the hotel offers luggage storage. - Meals
