- AUAnthony· October 21st, 2025Disappointing Experience Despite an Excellent Guide I recently took a tour of Southern Italy booked with Tourradar, and while our tour guide was outstanding—extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable—the overall experience was disappointing. For the price paid, I expected much more to be included. Most activities or meals seemed to come at an extra cost, which really added up. Additionally, we spent a lot of time traveling on crowded trains, which made the journey uncomfortable, and the accommodations were very basic—far below what I had anticipated based on the tour description. Although the guide did their best to make the experience enjoyable, I couldn’t help but feel that the value for money just wasn’t there. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t book with this company again.Show moreTrip date: October 2025

Asked on March 24th, 2025Can you please confirm if this tour allows travellers over the age of 39? We are 50 and 51 years old but love the company of younger adults so we'd be fine with this option if it's allowed.
- Italy on a Budget ToursOperator•Written March 2025
This particular tour is suitable for all ages in fact certain tours are suitable just for younger crowds but others like this one are open to everyone.
