- Day 1AmmanYou'll arrive in Amman whenever works for your flight and head to the hotel for a quick welcome meeting where you'll meet your CEO and fellow travelers. There's an optional group dinner if you want to connect with people right away, or you can wander around the city on your own and get a feel for things before the trip officially kicks off. - Day 2As SaltAfter breakfast, you'll check out Amman's cultural sites like the King Abdullah Mosque, Amman Citadel, and the outside of the Roman Amphitheater. Then you'll head to As Salt, a hillside town where you'll do a 2-hour food tour sampling regional Jordanian dishes and meeting local people. The rest of the afternoon and evening you'll have free time back in Amman to explore at your own pace. - Meals

- Day 3Amman to Jerash to PetraYou'll leave Amman early morning and travel to Jerash, a really well-preserved Roman archaeological site. Your guide will take you through on a 3-hour tour, walking through ancient public squares and plazas while explaining the architecture and history. After that you'll continue on to Petra, get settled at your hotel, and grab dinner on your own this evening. - Meals

- Day 4PetraThis morning you'll hike from Little Petra along the ancient backdoor trail until you reach the iconic site of Petra. The path brings you out near the Monastery where you'll have a boxed lunch and time to take in the views. By evening you'll head back to the hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring on your own or relaxing on the rooftop as the sun goes down. - Meals

- Day 5Petra to Wadi RumYou'll wake early to see Petra at sunrise, watching as morning light hits the sandstone cliffs. After that you'll return for breakfast, then drive to Wadi Rum, known as the Valley of the Moon. Once you arrive, you'll hop into a 4x4 and head deep into the red sand dunes to reach your private camp. There's a group dinner at camp followed by a night walk and stargazing in the desert. - Meals

- Day 7AqabaYou have another free day in Aqaba to do what sounds good to you. If you want to relax, you can grab a full-day beach club pass with lunch included. Or you can explore town sites you didn't get to yesterday. There's a restaurant nearby with live music and a fun local vibe if you want dinner recommendation, or you can eat wherever you prefer. - Meals

- Day 8Aqaba to MadabaYou'll leave Aqaba and travel to Madaba and the Dead Sea. You'll stop at Al Safi Kitchen, a G Adventures-supported spot, for a traditional Jordanian meal that helps local community members. Then comes the unique experience of floating in the Dead Sea, bobbing in the salt water and rubbing medicinal mud on your skin. You'll also visit St George Church to see Byzantine mosaics. The evening is free in Madaba with an optional group dinner available. - Meals

- Day 10Madaba to Wadi ArabaYou'll head into Wadi Araba, the lesser-known desert area on the Jordan-Israel border. You'll climb into a 4x4 and drive deep into the wadi, stopping for tea along the way before hiking to a nearby pond where you can float and relax. Watch the sunset from this unforgettable spot, then settle in at your camping spot for the night under the stars. - Meals

- Day 11Wadi Araba to DahabYou'll leave the calm desert behind and travel to Egypt's Sinai Peninsula by crossing the Gulf of Aqaba, heading onward to Dahab. This beach town has a vibrant underwater scene, excellent windsurfing, and a mix of bohemian relaxation and adventure. You'll have some free hours to explore and get settled along the Red Sea beachfront. Optional Activities- Explore Dahab

- Day 12DahabYou have a day in this less-visited beach location to do what appeals to you. You could visit Ain Khudra Oasis to experience Bedouin culture and see palm trees in the desert, or you could spend the day at the beach or try windsurfing. The oasis has a water source that's been used for thousands of years in this harsh area, so it's historically significant and pretty unique. - Meals

- Day 13DahabYou'll have another free day to enjoy the Sinai Peninsula coastline. If you want an adventure, you can book an optional snorkeling trip to Dahab's famous Blue Hole in the Abu Galoum Nature Reserve. This submarine sinkhole sits just offshore in calm waters and has lots of marine life. Or you can relax at the beachfront, lounge by the Red Sea, and just take it easy. - Meals

- Day 14Dahab to St Catherine's MonasteryYou'll take a final look at the Red Sea and then travel inland to St. Catherine's Monastery, the oldest continuously inhabited Christian monastery in the world. You'll tour this UNESCO site that's said to be near the Burning Bush where Moses received the Ten Commandments. You'll learn about the herbal gardens, interact with Bedouin women at a handicrafts exhibition, and watch the sunset. You'll get an early night to rest up for tomorrow's hike. - Meals

- Day 15Mount Sinai to CairoYou'll start your sunrise hike to the top of Mount Sinai in the very early morning hours, arriving in time to see the sunrise from the summit where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments. After hiking back down to St. Catherine, you'll have food and time to freshen up before traveling back to Cairo, crossing the Suez Canal along the way. You'll arrive in Cairo by afternoon, get settled, and meet up with the group for a Big Night Out at a favorite local spot. - Meals
