Arrival
You'll arrive in Anchorage whenever works for your flight. There's a welcome meeting set up for the evening where you'll meet your CEO and get to know the group. After that, dinner together is optional if you're hungry and want to grab a meal with everyone.

Anchorage
Morning starts with a hike at Eagle River Nature Centre, walking through Chugach State Park's mountain trails. You'll head back to Anchorage for lunch on your own, then spend the afternoon at the Alaska Native Heritage Centre learning about Indigenous history with free time to wander the museum. Evening is yours to explore Anchorage however you'd like.

Anchorage to Talkeetna
After breakfast, you're heading north to Matanuska Glacier where a local guide takes you onto the icy blue surface. From there, the group travels to Talkeetna, a mountaineering town with free time to walk around. With short winter days, there's a chance to see the Northern Lights, and Mt. Denali should be visible.

Talkeetna
Start the day with a morning walk around Talkeetna Lakes taking in the snowy setting. Then comes dog sledding with Iditarod champions, where you'll learn the basics and actually run the dogs yourself. The afternoon is open for optional activities like sightseeing flights, nordic skiing, or fat biking if you want something more active.

Landmarks/POIs Talkeetna Lakes - Day 5
Talkeetna to Fairbanks
You'll visit a reindeer farm near Talkeetna to learn about the animals and feed them in the forest. Then it's time to board the Aurora Winter Train heading to Fairbanks, traveling through snowy tundra, frosted spruce forests, and over frozen rivers. Food and drinks are available to purchase on board, and you'll reach Fairbanks in the evening for hotel check-in.

Fairbanks to Chena Hot Springs
Travel takes you to Chena Hot Springs in the Chena River State Recreation Area surrounded by forest. Your afternoon is free to use the resort's winter activities or just relax in the hot springs with snow all around. After dinner on your own, the group comes back together for an included Aurora Viewing tour to hunt for the Northern Lights if weather allows.

Chena Hot Springs to Fairbanks
The morning is relaxed at the resort with the option to walk around or soak in the hot springs one more time. Later, you'll travel to North Pole, Alaska, a town that celebrates Christmas and Santa year-round. You'll have time to explore and grab lunch before heading back to Fairbanks. The afternoon is free to visit the Museum of the North and Morris Thompson Cultural Centre, or just rest. An optional group farewell dinner is available at a local restaurant if interested.
