- Day 1
Helsinki
Your driver picks you up and takes you to your hotel in the city center for check-in. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. You can wander through the historic streets and check out Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, and Temppeliaukio Church, which locals call the Rock Church since it's built right into the bedrock. Spend the night in the city center.

- Day 2
Helsinki to Tallinn
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll head to the ferry terminal for the scenic journey across the Baltic Sea to Tallinn. The ferry ride takes a few hours, and once you arrive, a transfer takes you to your hotel for check-in. From there, you can spend the afternoon walking through Tallinn's Old Town on your own or with an optional local guide. The cobblestone streets, medieval buildings, and Gothic spires make up this UNESCO World Heritage site. Stay the night in Tallinn.

Tallinn
Following breakfast, you'll explore Tallinn at your own pace or with an optional guided tour if you prefer. Start at Freedom Square, which holds real historical significance for Estonia's independence. Then head over to Telliskivi Creative City to check out the street art, boutique shops, and cafés there. The Baroque-style Kadriorg Palace is next, along with a walk through Kadriorg Park. Grab lunch at a local café, and later climb Toompea Hill to take in the views of the Old Town's red rooftops and church spires. Head back to your hotel for the night.

Tallinn to Riga
After breakfast you'll check out and travel toward Riga. On the way, stop at Gauja National Park, sometimes called the Switzerland of Latvia because of its dramatic cliffs, dense forests, and the medieval Turaida Castle. You can explore independently or go with an optional local guide. Late in the day you'll arrive in Riga, check into your hotel, and explore the western part of Old Town Riga with its charming cobblestone streets and medieval buildings. Stay the night in Riga.

Riga
Start your morning at Riga Cathedral, one of the oldest religious landmarks in the Baltic region. After that, see the famous Cat House with its quirky feline sculptures on the building's corners. If you love architecture, take a walking tour through Riga's Art Nouveau district to see all the ornately decorated buildings from that era. In the evening, head to a local restaurant to try traditional Latvian cuisine like grey peas with bacon, rye bread soup, or traditional stew. Return to your hotel for the night.

After breakfast and checking out, you'll head toward Vilnius, Lithuania's capital. The journey takes you through the Hill of Crosses, a spiritually significant landmark with thousands of crosses representing Lithuania's resilience, faith, and national identity. Then you'll continue to Vilnius, check into your hotel, and the rest of the evening is yours. Take a relaxing walk through the city streets or find a local restaurant for dinner if you'd like. Stay overnight in Vilnius.

- Day 7
Vilnius
Start at Cathedral Square in Vilnius, Europe's Green Capital of 2025, and see the Vilnius Cathedral with its iconic bell tower. Walk down historic Castle Street where shops and cafés line the way, then check out St. Anne's Church, a Gothic masterpiece. As the sun sets, head to one of Vilnius's rooftop terraces for panoramic views of the red rooftops and church spires. Many of these terraces have live music and cultural events happening. Spend your final night here reflecting on the journey.
