Anthony· October 8th, 2024I wish I could leave a better review, but White Hill Adventure has promised and failed (on multiple occasions) to fix the issue. We used WHA to organize a short trip into the Himalayas. We were amazed by the Himalayas and more so by its people! We enjoyed our guide, Onchu, who was kind and attentive. He was good enough to upgrade one of the hotels that WHA had arranged - it was poorly maintained and unsurprisingly had very poor ratings (2 out of 5) - and he did not up charge us, even when I told him we were happy to pay the difference! We recommend Onchu, who you can contact directly at +977 974-1772392, to organize a trek. The Issue: Due to weather conditions, our flight from Lukla to Kathmandu was canceled and we had to trek down to pick up a helicopter. No surprise or issue - we actually enjoyed it and took some great pics! WHA told us that we would be reimbursed for the two canceled flights (over $400), but that it would take a little time because they would have to coordinate with the airlines. We waited patiently for several weeks, then months. We are now four months removed and still no reimbursement and they are now refusing to respond to my messages. There are many trekking companies with very strong ratings to choose from - we suggest you consider using one another one.
