All the people on our tour were lovely and I made new friends. I'd never been on a larger tour so this was a new experience, and we had 20 people. That seemed too many for my taste so in the future I would select smaller groups. Overall I found everything pleasant but I felt like a tourist not a traveler because of our group size and the mostly touristy places we visited. Nothing wrong with any of it, most of which I enjoyed though I'd do it different next time around. Rather than nights in Lisbon, it would have been nice to be somewhere less busy, a small quaint town like Sintra but more off the beaten track. Then if folks wanted a museum tour and shopping provide day trips into Lisbon.
