I particularly enjoyed the cooking experience in Hoi An, where I learned to prepare Nem and Nom using fresh, local ingredients. The street food tour in Hanoi was also amazing, offering a chance to taste a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes. I used to think that Pho in London, which I’ve eaten thousands of times and totally loved, was no different from Pho in Vietnam, but I was completely wrong.
