    My flight lands in Windhoek at 11.00am on 24th Dec - the itinerary suggests the tour departs at 9am that day - are your sure the departure can be delayed for me? I also dont really want to be the only person on the tour so can you confirm if any other people are booked/likely?

      11am is way too late unfortunately because that means you will be out of the airport around 12pm, 45min drive to Windhoek. It can not work. Unless if you can arrive a day earlier, or at least 8am latest.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Discovery Transfers and Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
