There was a bit of difficulty getting used to finding our tour guider for the day and realizing that every tour was separate, so we had no consistent group, everyday was with different guide and with different people. enities but the hotels in Sydney and Melbourne were excellent.The only negative: The Southern X in Cairns was substandard, away from any restaurants and in a poorer neighborhood, with few services provided. They were knowledgeable and kept things moving well. Communication with Russ at ANZ Travel was excellent. He helped us out on several occasions when matters weren't clear. I recommend the tour.
