We really enjoyed our tour of Australia with Tour Radar, everything went well. The big negative point was the hotel in Sydney, where the room was tiny and the bed uncomfortable. However, the location was convenient.

Tours when we went on them were good but we found it difficult while travelling to confirm or contact operators 24 hours beforehand. Were given times to meet on booking but these were often changed on day to over an hour later. Rushing to meet up and waiting an hour when you could have had an extra hours rest all add up and detract from experience.

Overpriced for what it offered. We experienced a lot of miscommunication about pick up times and locations for the trips. Too many hands in the pot for our liking.

Tour Radar is a great way to get a 10 day tour of a part of Australia. There was a bit of difficulty getting used to finding our tour guider for the day and realizing that every tour was separate, so we had no consistent group, everyday was with different guide and with different people. enities but the hotels in Sydney and Melbourne were excellent. The only negative: The Southern X in Cairns was substandard, away from any restaurants and in a poorer neighborhood, with few services provided. The actual daily tours were excellent!

Everything went smoothly. Blue Mountains, Cairns Great Barrier Reef and Daintree RainForest trips were the highlights. The guides on those legs were simply excellent. They were knowledgeable and kept things moving well. Communication with Russ at ANZ Travel was excellent. He helped us out on several occasions when matters weren't clear. I recommend the tour. It's fun, and good value as tours of this nature go.

Independent well scheduled tours. Excellent guides. The main issue was that most of the contact numbers for the providers were wrong, so I had to find the correct contact information in the providers' websites. The last provider did not respond to emails and phone calls until the last day.
