- Day 1
Lisbon
You'll land in Lisbon and your driver meets you at the airport for the hotel transfer. After you get settled, spend the afternoon walking through the city centre on a strolling tour, taking in historic sites and seeing how locals go about their day. The fish market is worth checking out along with traditional shops where you can try regional specialties like Pastel de Nata and Ginjinha.

- Day 2
Lisbon to Fatima and Return
After breakfast, head north from Lisbon toward Fatima to see the Our Lady of Fatima Basilica, finished in 1953. The basilica holds the tombs of three children who reportedly had visions of the Virgin Mary. You'll visit various sites connected to the religious apparitions, including where an angel appeared and the location of the 1917 apparition.

Lisbon to Sintra
Following breakfast, travel to Sintra and walk through Pena Palace with its exotic Pena Park, a former royal summer residence with different architectural styles throughout. The charming city centre has its own character, and Quinta da Regaleira is worth exploring for its initiation well, lakes, fountains, and aquarium. Grab lunch in the historic village and stop by a local patisserie to try Sintra's famous treats. By evening, you'll reach Monserrate Palace, another former summer residence with its own appeal.

Lisbon to Porto
Check out after breakfast and head to Lisbon train station to board for Porto. When you arrive in Porto, your transfer takes you to the hotel for the night.

Porto
After breakfast, explore Porto, a historic port city on the Douro River estuary where it meets the Atlantic. Head to Ribeira, the oldest district, for traditional Portuguese lunch at a local café along medieval walls. Tour the cellars at Cales Cálem to sample port wines from their collections since 1859, trying white, dry, and ruby varieties. The day wraps up with a Douro River cruise where you see Porto from the water and pass under 6 of the city's bridges.

Porto to Douro Valley
After breakfast, you'll head out on a guided tour to the Douro Valley, a World Heritage Site known for its vineyard landscapes. Stop at a Port Wine Estate to sample three different wines and learn about production. Lunch comes with views overlooking the vineyards at a family wine estate. Later, enjoy a one-hour Douro River cruise in Pinho before heading back to Porto.
