- Michael· February 21st, 2018Good value for money tour. Several changes to hotels listed in itinerary and the Dehli ones weren’t the best. Guide and driver in India exceptional. Small tour bus of very high standard, Driver always on time at pickup locations and very safe driving. Bottled water on bus give several times daily. Guide was amazing his knowledge and passion second to none. Slight confusion in relation to local payment and when it was due to be paid and in what currency - but quickly resolved with Email to Travel Talk - super speed resolution and response. Nepal was fantastic. Kathmandu hotel which was a change from advertised was excellent and in great location. Enjoyed the trek and the tea houses enroute exceeded our expectations. Had great fun with the porters enroute. Enjoyed Chitwan National Park though the journey from Pokhara was long and extremely bumpy - it was a great experience and the driver was very safety conscious. Be prepared for long days travelling and unavoidable delays, go with an open mind and enjoy the experience it can take hours to cover short distances. Be realistic in your expectations of the developing world and you’ll have an amazing time. Overall great value for money. Be aware of the high entrance fees for foreign tourists in both India and Nepal approximately $7 to $15 for some sights which aren’t included in the price.Show more
- D.A· September 23rd, 2025My wife and I took this tour with friends, and we did not expect how great it would be. Our original plan was to traverse the country alone and figure things out as we went, but we would not have seen or experienced all the places Travel Talk took us to. Our guide, Sonny Cormack, was great too, as he took us to every destination and left us to explore on our own. We felt safe and empowered to try new things. His understanding of the culture and language made the experience one to remember. We're already making plans to return.Show more
