Asked on March 30th, 2024Is it the same hotel all the time? Can I include a visit to a volcano? Is it very cold at this time (in July)?
Responsible Travel South AmericaOperator•Written March 20241)Yes It includes the same hotel every night. 2)Yes we can include a visit to a Volcano, if you are an experienced Hiker we can go to Sairecabur which is 6000 mts over sea level and includes a 3-4 hrs ascension with a high difficulty level. Another Option is Cerro Toco which doesn't require much experience, the difficulty level is medium with 2-3 hrs ascension and the altitude you reach is 5600 over Sea level. 3)July is one of the coldest months so you need the appropriate gear including a nice jacket, pants, and trekking shoes.

Traveler•Written March 2024I think we can rule out the volcano. I am going with my 16year old niece. In not in a great shape to climb for 2-3 hours… I would keep as it is. It sounds good so far. But I still have to check with her and her parents.
