Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech to Agdez
Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Marrakech, then you'll head through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains where the views stretch out across the landscape. After that, you'll reach the UNESCO kasbah at Ait Benhaddou to walk around the historic structures. From there, it's on to Ouarzazate to check out the Kasbah of Taourirt before driving through the Draa Valley with its palm groves and traditional villages scattered throughout. You'll arrive in Agdez for the night.

- Day 2
Agdez to Erg Chegaga
After breakfast, you'll continue down the Draa Valley toward M'Hamid, the last settlement before reaching the desert. An off-road drive takes you into the Erg Chegaga dunes where you'll climb on a camel and ride across the golden sand. As evening comes on, you'll watch the sun drop over the Sahara from the dunes. The night happens in a Berber nomad camp where you'll have traditional tents, mint tea, and local music playing under the stars.

- Day 3
Erg Chegaga to Ait Benhaddou
You'll wake early to catch the sunrise lighting up the Erg Chegaga dunes in shades of gold and orange. Breakfast happens at the camp, then you'll have time to explore the dunes, take photos, do a short camel ride if interested, or simply rest. Later, you'll start heading back toward Marrakech with stops at Foum Zguid to see how people live in the desert, and Taznakht where local artisans make traditional Berber carpets and other handcrafted items. You'll finish the day in Ait Benhaddou where you can walk through the historic kasbah and UNESCO site.

- Day 4
Ait Benhaddou to Marrakech
After breakfast, you'll drive back toward Marrakech climbing through the High Atlas Mountains on winding roads that pass through small villages. The Tizi n'Tichka Pass sits at 2,260 meters/7,415 feet where you'll get views of snow-capped peaks and the valleys below. Along the way, you'll stop at local villages to meet Berber families and learn about how people live in the mountains. You should reach your Marrakech hotel by late afternoon and check in for the evening.
