Itinerary
- Day 1
Lima
You'll be picked up at the airport and driven to your hotel, which takes about an hour and a half depending on traffic. After settling in, the rest of the day is open for you to wander around Lima on your own and get a feel for the city's colonial architecture.

- Day 2
Lima
After breakfast, you'll head out to see Huaca Pucllana, an old pre-Inca temple, and catch the panoramic views from there. From there, you'll go to Parque del Amor in Miraflores where you can see the Pacific Ocean. Next comes the historic heart of Lima, where you'll walk through Plaza Mayor and check out the Cathedral, Government Palace, Municipal Palace, and San Francisco Monastery with its catacombs. The Bodega & Quadra Museum and Santo Domingo Convent are also on the list, and if conditions permit, you can climb the tower for views. You might catch the changing of the guard if timing works out. By evening, you'll head back to your hotel for a relaxed afternoon.

Lima to Cusco
After arriving in Cusco, your city tour kicks off at 2:00 p.m. You'll visit the Cathedral and Santo Domingo before heading to Koricancha, an important Inca temple. From there, you'll drive out to several archaeological sites including Sacsayhuaman, Qenko (which locals call the labyrinth), Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. Each spot has its own history and religious importance to the Inca people. You'll make your way back to Cusco as evening approaches.

- Day 4
Cusco to Sacred Valley
You'll start early and head through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. First stop is Pisaq Market where you can look through local handicrafts and goods. After spending time there, you'll grab lunch in Urubamba. Later, you'll walk through the fortress at Ollantaytambo before your transfer takes you to your hotel in the Sacred Valley for the night.

Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu
Your ride picks you up and takes you to Ollantaytambo station to board the train heading to Aguas Calientes. Once you arrive, a bus takes you up to Machu Picchu where you'll tour this ancient sanctuary and one of the Seven Wonders. You'll also hike Huayna Picchu Mountain, have lunch at the site, and then take the train back to Cusco in the afternoon.

- Day 6
Rainbow Mountain
Your hotel picks you up at around 5:30 a.m. for the Rainbow Mountain adventure. You'll drive southeast from Cusco through Cusipata (at 3,339 meters above sea level) to the small hamlet of Llactoc where alpacas and llamas roam. The hike from there takes about two and a half hours through scenic terrain with snow-capped peaks visible in the distance until you reach Vinicunca (Rainbow Mountain). You'll spend an hour at the top taking in the views, then hike back down in roughly an hour and a half. After returning to Llactoc, you'll head to Cusipata for a traditional lunch before the drive back to Cusco, arriving around 6:00 p.m.

Cusco to Lima (Departure)
On your last day, you'll check out of your hotel and leave your luggage in the hotel's storage area (it's free to use the public spaces). Your transfer will come pick you up and take you to Cusco Airport so you can catch your flight back to Lima and connect with your international departure.
