You'll arrive in Florence and connect with your group at the hotel. This evening, you're all getting together for a welcome dinner to meet your fellow travelers and start the trip off right.

Florence to Lucca
A guided walking tour takes you through Florence's main sights like the Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica, and Ponte Vecchio. After grabbing lunch, you'll head to Lucca where the rest of your afternoon and evening is free to wander the cobbled streets and take in the red-roofed buildings and architecture at your own pace.

Lucca to Cinque Terre and return
Today follows the dramatic coastline of the Italian Riviera with its colorful villages coming into view. Your Tour Leader will guide you through Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From there, it's back to Lucca by evening, leaving time for you to relax or explore on your own.

Lucca to Pisa to Volterra
You'll see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and have time to walk around the Campo dei Miracoli at your own pace. After lunch, the group heads to Volterra, a medieval town with winding streets that feel a bit mysterious. Dinner brings everyone together in the evening.

Volterra to San Gimignano to Siena to Pienza
San Gimignano's piazza and well-preserved architecture are yours to explore, and you can try gelato from a local maker. There's also a Tuscan wine tasting on the schedule. Later, you'll get a guided walk through Siena's Gothic architecture and its magnificent Duomo, then continue to Pienza for the night.

Pienza to Chianti
You'll travel through the scenic Chianti countryside and join a regional cooking class where you learn local recipes directly from your host. After preparing the food, you sit down and eat what you've cooked for lunch. The afternoon is open for you to rest, and dinner together wraps up the day.
