Itinerary
- Day 1Athens to KythnosYou'll arrive in Athens and head to Lavrio port for an afternoon ferry to Kythnos, which takes around 2 hours. Once you reach the island, settle into your accommodation in Hora, the main town, and grab dinner at a traditional Greek taverna to start your trip. - Meals

- Day 2KythnosStart by walking from Hora to Diassela and check out Vryokastro, an ancient city that's 2,500 years old with temples and public buildings still visible. Later you'll head to Episkopi and Apokrousi beaches for lunch and a swim. Sea kayak rentals are available at Apokrousi if you want to try that, and you can optionally walk to Kolona Isthmus beach before returning through a valley back to Hora. Included Activities- Guided tour of Vryokastro excavation site

- Day 3KythnosLeave Hora and make your way toward Loutra port. On the way, you'll visit Orias Castle, a Byzantine fortress with views out to Kea Island. The route also passes a 10,000-year-old Neolithic site, then continues to Loutra port where natural hot springs run onto the beach and there's a hydrotherapy centre. You'll return to Hora by evening. - Day 4KythnosTransfer to Dryopida, the island's second largest village. Walk through Katafiki cave, one of Greece's biggest caves with stalagmites and stalactites plus evidence of old iron ore mining. Spend time in the pedestrianized village and see Panaghia Stou Mathia with its historic washhouses. After that, follow the coastal path to Kanala religious site and a nearby beach before heading back to Hora. Optional Activities- Katafiki cave tour

- Day 5KythnosFrom Hora, follow the path to an old monastery and cross valleys to reach Aghios Ioannis beach, which you can only get to on foot, by boat, or with a 4x4 vehicle. Use an unmarked coastal path to reach Aghios Stephanos for lunch and swimming or snorkeling. Then walk uphill through oak trees and another valley as you make your way back to Hora. Optional Activities- Visit to old monastery

- Day 6Kythnos to LavrioCheck out of your accommodation and transfer to Aghios Konstantinos in southern Kythnos. Walk down to Flambouria beach using old stone steps built back in the 1960s for mules to cross. Then walk uphill through the valley to Merichas port and visit the island's only professional wine producer for a tasting. Catch the ferry back to Lavrio for your last night, where you can visit the beach, swim, and have dinner. - Meals

- Day 7Lavrio to AthensTransfer from your Lavrio hotel back to Athens airport to complete your trip.
