- Day 1MilanYou'll arrive in Milan and head to your hotel to check in. A train transfer from the airport gets organized so you can reach the nearest station without any hassle. 
- Day 2Como - BellagioAfter breakfast, a guide picks you up from the hotel for a day trip to Como and Bellagio. You'll walk through Como's historic streets, see the villas and castles with their exotic gardens, and spend time at the lake surrounded by the Alps. Then you move to Bellagio where the charming town has well-preserved buildings and cobblestone streets to wander around. - Meals

Since Milan's the fashion and design capital, shopping for designer products is definitely an option if that interests you. - Meals

- Day 4Milan to VeniceFollowing breakfast, you'll head to Milan Centrale train station to catch the train heading to Venice. The journey takes several hours, so you'll have time to settle in and watch the landscape change as you travel north. - Meals

- Day 5VeniceAfter breakfast, you'll take a gondola cruise down Venice's Grand Canal. From the water, you can see the grand palazzi lining the canal, and with luck you'll spot St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge from the boat. - Meals

- Day 6Venice to FlorenceAfter a full breakfast, you'll make your way to the train station for the scenic route from Venice to Florence. This train ride through the Italian countryside is pretty nice, taking you south toward Tuscany. - Meals

- Day 12Amalfi CoastYou've got another full day to enjoy the coast. If you want to get out and explore, Salerno's a working port city worth seeing, Sorrento sits up on a clifftop with great views, and Positano is known for being particularly scenic. The road running between Salerno and Sorrento winds past grand villas, terraced vineyards, and lemon groves clinging to the cliffs. - Meals
