We received our vouchers for the trip at the very last minute and that was the only service we received except for messages reminding us of our schedule. From the beginning to the end of our trip, we were on our own. The service received was nil with not even a goodbye or nothing. I will never ever book a trip with them again. Next time, I would book my own hotels and train journey. It would be less expensive and much more convenient! What a let down! A very disappointed traveller.Show more

It is not a fully escorted tour. The train stations will be just across the road or one block from the hotels we work with. If they are farther away, our drivers will pick you up and drop you off at the locations. In the cities, you will have your guide spend 2-3 hours with you, and then a different guide will take you on the excursions chosen or included. Amalfi at the end will be for relaxation, but you can choose to add a boat excursion to Capri.
