We had a meeting with the travel agency ahead of time via zoom to go over the whole itinerary, plus everything was sent to us way ahead of time so we could familiarize ourselves with everything. Everything was perfectly organized. We had an amazing time. The hotels we stayed in were in walk in distance from the train station and close to most attractions.
