Itinerary
- Day 1
Cusco to Sacred Valley
You'll arrive in Cusco and connect with your local host, then head out on a private tour through the Urubamba Valley and the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The day includes a stop in Pisaq where you can browse handmade rugs, alpaca sweaters, and jewelry at the local markets. After that, you'll visit Ollantaytambo to see the exceptional Inca masonry work there. You'll stay overnight in the Sacred Valley.

- Day 2
Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu to Cusco
In the morning you'll transfer to Ollanta train station and board the Vistadome Train, which takes you through the lush Urubamba Valley down to Aguas Calientes. From there, a motorcoach will take you up to Machu Picchu where you'll explore the ruins on a guided tour, seeing temple remains, holy houses, and the mile-long aqueduct. Later you'll return by train back to Cusco.

You have the full day to explore Cusco at your own pace. Walk around the city, check out the neighborhoods, grab meals wherever you like, and see what interests you most without a set schedule.
