Itinerary
- Day 1
Pokhara to Ghandruk to Tadapani
Your jeep ride from Pokhara takes you to Ghandruk, where the trek officially starts. After grabbing lunch in the village, you'll head into jungle trails for about 4 hours on steep terrain with thick vegetation all around. The hike gets your legs working as you gain elevation, and by evening you'll reach Tadapani lodge. Settle in by the fireplace to warm up and rest before tomorrow.

Landmarks/POIs Ghandruk Tadapani - Day 2
Tadapani to Ghorepani
Starting from Tadapani, the trail climbs toward Ghorepani on a well-kept path that reaches around 2,850 meters. You'll probably see donkeys and local porters moving supplies along the way, which gives you a sense of how active this trade route is. The teahouse where you'll stay sits close to Poon Hill, so the early morning trek tomorrow won't require much travel time to reach the summit.

Poon Hill Sunrise to Hile
Head out before sunrise for a 45-minute walk up to Poon Hill's summit at 3,210 meters, where the sunrise view stretches across the Himalayas. After breakfast back at the lodge, the descent begins through villages like Banthanti, Ulleri, and Tikhedunga on your way down to Hile. Your jeep meets you there for the drive back to Pokhara, finishing your trek with a comfortable return journey.
