All departures February 20th and later are currently unaffected. Transportation from Puerto Maldonado airport to the lodge and back is included. Yellow Fever vaccine requirements will vary depending on your travel history and local area. Please refer to the US State Department's travel advisory page to Peru for health recommendations.
