Itinerary
- Day 1
Athens
You'll arrive in Athens whenever your flight gets in. If you land early, wander through the Psyrri district with its colorful streets or head to Plaka at the base of the Acropolis for some traditional Greek food. Your tour leader meets you at the hotel at 7pm, and there's an optional welcome dinner if you'd like to join.

Athens to Naxos
After breakfast, take a walking tour through Plaka and the smaller Anafiotika district, then head up to the Acropolis for a guided look at the ancient temples and structures. Once you collect your bags from the hotel, you'll travel by ferry to Naxos, leaving at 5:30pm for about five hours crossing the sea.

Naxos
Take it easy this morning at your hotel, using the garden courtyard, jacuzzi, or heading to Agios Georgios Beach nearby. By afternoon, walk around Naxos town and see the old Portara marble gate, the white-washed buildings, and Venetian mansions scattered throughout, then stroll back along Grotta beach.

Naxos
Drive inland to a small chapel sitting at the base of Mt. Zas, then either hike about 5km to the village of Apiranthos or take a vehicle option if you prefer. Stop at the well-maintained Fotodoti Monastery along the way, grab lunch in the village square, check out the local museum, and finish with a tour of Vallindras distillery to taste their citron liqueur.

Naxos to Santorini
The morning is yours to rest or wander around Naxos however you'd like. After checking out, hop on the midday ferry heading to Santorini for a 2.5 hour trip. Check into your beachfront hotel in Kamari village, then spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing by the pool or catching a local bus to explore the town of Fira.

Santorini
Set out on a moderate coastal walk from Thira to Oia, covering about 10km over 3 to 4 hours while following the caldera edge with views of the sea and countryside below. You'll stop for coffee partway through, then explore Oia's photogenic cave houses and captain mansions before heading back to watch the famous Santorini sunset from your hotel.

Santorini
Start the morning at Artemis-Karamolegos Winery in Exogonia for a local wine tasting. Midday is free time to explore on your own. Later in the afternoon, board a shared sailing boat from Athinios port for a sunset cruise around the Caldera and Volcano viewing spots, with a buffet dinner served on the boat before sailing back.

Santorini
The tour ends after breakfast at your hotel. You're free to leave Santorini whenever you need to. If your flight is later in the day, the hotel has luggage storage available so you're not stuck carrying bags around.
