Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Litochoro

You'll arrive in Litochoro, a village sitting at the base of Mount Olympos. If the timing works out, there's time to walk around town and get oriented before your hiking starts tomorrow. This gives you a chance to settle in and prepare for what's ahead.

    Optional Activities

    • Explore Litochoro village on foot
    Landmarks
    Mount Olympos
  2. Day 2

    Litochoro to Agios Dionysios Monastery

Head out on a 10 km hike following the river Enipeas toward the ruins of Agios Dionysios monastery. The walk takes about 4 hours with a 900-meter climb, but the shorter distance lets you take in the landscape without feeling rushed. Once you finish, a cab brings you back down to Litochoro for the evening.
