Asked on August 31st, 2025Do you provide assistance with Bhutan visa and flight booking? What would be the flight cost (round trip from Toronto YYZ) for booking Bhutan tour Sept 14-25?
G AdventuresOperator•Written August 2025The Bhutan visa cost is included in the cost of the tour, and yes we assist you with the letter of invitation and the visa for Bhutan. You need to submit the form for the letter of invitation to us 35-60 days before your entry into Bhutan. We will then arrange the Bhutanese visa for you. We are not able to assist you with flights to Bhutan, and these must be booked independently.

With the request process, we would need to wait until the tour can be confirmed before you can apply for the visa, which would not give you enough time to obtain the visa for Bhutan. Is there another departure date that works for you?

If it's logistically not possible to book it so close to departure I wander why would G Adventures even put it on sale at this time.

The departure is possible to book, but confirmation is not guaranteed, we need to request it to confirm that we have the availability! The tour is rated 4 - Demanding (4 on a scale of 5). Included activities are generally several hours of physical activity most days. Travellers who are in average shape should be able to manage. Some high-altitude hikes or more strenuous activities, but accessible to most healthy travellers. Training is recommended if travellers are not already active.

It looks like September 17th is priced at €3,884 EUR (on sale until the end of January, regular price is €5,179 EUR). My Own Room is priced at €789 EUR on that date.
