  1. Day 1

    Tashkent

    You'll arrive in Tashkent this evening after your flight. Once you get through immigration, an ASI representative will meet you with a warm welcome. From there, it's straight to the hotel where you can settle in and get some rest after traveling.

  2. Day 2

    Tashkent

    This morning you'll start exploring Tashkent's 2000-year history. Walk through ornate madrasahs and mausoleums, check out the impressive Opera House, and stroll across Independence Square and Earthquake Victims Square. The subway ride here is something special, with its palace-like stations. By evening, you'll have a welcome dinner with the group.

You'll wander through the lively bazaar, and finish with dinner at a traditional restaurant or caravanserai.

After an outdoor picnic, continue to your yurt camp on Lake Aidarkul's golden dunes. Dinner here includes an open fire, music, and stories under the stars.
