Istanbul is a massive city, and you’d probably need a separate trip just to explore it all (which I plan to do soon!). Ephesus is an incredible historical city, as is Athens. If you take this tour, I highly recommend doing a wine tasting in Cappadocia and experiencing the hot air balloon ride.
