I was not able to go on the tour because I became very ill and I was not given a refund even after I provide proof of hospital documentation. They do not offer any other alternatives in case one is not able to attend and had virtually no future dates that they could offer me to reschedule. While some websites will grant you credit to use for future trips, this website did nothing to protect their customer from greedy operators like "Let's Book Travel".
