We have found an itinerary where Rotterdam is included and you'll visit both the Netherlands and Germany: Rhine Panorama 2024. The availability of single cabins on A-ROSA cruises is limited and tends to fill up quickly. For the September 27th, 2024 departure, single cabins are sold out, so you could get 1 cabin to share with your friend or get 2 cabins but pay double occupancy.
