Asked on July 26th, 2023Still debating if I can do this. Turning 60 later this year but I am in relatively good shape. Work out 6 days a week on treadmill, bike, and/or elliptical. Mentally I can do this but don't know if my body will hold up. Can you please provide me with your experiences with other 60 something's that have done this trip.

We have some previous clients who have done this trek. They have done it at their 60 years. Some of our clients have trekked up to the Everest View Hotel and trekked back at thier 65 plus age. You may do it easily, if you have been trekking in high altitude as a part of your training. We have other options for your Everest BaseCamp dream to bring a success. Either, you may trek upto Everest View hotel and fly up to Everest Basecamp and flyback to Kathmandu.
