- JTjulia· June 8th, 2021I do not recommend this tour. First I had to ask few times and took me days to get the detailed itinerary with what was planned and included on the tour. I started having problems in Kenya: the guide was not good on time keeping, what made me lose 2 afternoons games that were in the itinerary. Also, I was clear informing that I did not want to do the optional tour at Masai community, he ignored, took me there and put me in a position where around 50 male Masai where asking for my money. Besides that, the guide also make awkward personal questions. In regard to Tanzania, since the agency is located in Kenya, it has limited information and support there. I was given the wrong information about the date to do the covid test, was informed that the hotel would support me to arrange the test and they actually deny even doing a local call to the hospital, was told by the agency to ask third parties on issues related to flight change, requisites to reenter Kenya, among others. In addition to that, I asked my flight to Zanzibar to be the latest on the day, and the agency booked other one, which impacted the tour I planned to do. This flight was postponed, and the agency for some reason was not informed, I was not informed, and I had to fight on my own to have my rights attended by the airlines. On the last day in Zanzibar, I was supposed to have full day with all inclusive, but was asked to leave the room before mid-day and discovered that there was a miscommunication between the agency and the hotel and I did not had the right to have lunch on that day. When the agency realized its mistakes, it stopped to send messages and did not even apologized. In Zanzibar only hotel and food was included, what makes the price per day super expensive.
