    What company operates the Lagoon Ferry trips? What times do the ferry trips occur? Do travelers need to purchase the tickets before arriving, or can they buy them upon arrival? Are the tickets dated for a specific date, or can they be used at a later time? Could you please confirm whether the triple room will have three separate beds?

      Could you please provide the cancellation conditions? Specifically, what would be the cancellation conditions if one of the three travelers cancel? In the event one of the travelers cancels, will the other two travelers be accommodated in a double room instead of triple room? Will this increase the price of the booking?

      Should one traveller cancel the customer would need to pay for the double / twin rate. If the entire group cancel within 7 days of departure the entire cost would be forfeited. I recommend taking out travel insurance which covers cancelation. There are no other bookings for this date.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
