- TNTri· December 14th, 2019Mohamed (Jimmy) and Ash were great! Mohamed gave us the tour of the Egyptian national museum, the pyramids and the sphink. He was very knowledgable, friendly and accomodating to our needs. He is also an excellent photographer and he showed us the best spots to take pictures. He stayed with us until our train to luxor arrive and helped us communicate with our cabin attendant. Ash gave us the tour of the Valley of the Kings and temples in Luxor. He picked us up early in the morning at the train station and we got a great sunrise tour of Luxor. He was also great and knowledable about Luxor and Egyptian history. There were opportunities to do camel ride, nile river dinner cruise and pyramids at night for extra fees but we opted out of those. On both tours, we were provided with private transportation in a van with air conditioning. The hotel we stayed at both nights were in Giza with pyramids view and included breakfast. The breakfast was a basic egyptian meal, the rooms were clean but we had to ask for extra towels and it appeared as the floor were not properly cleaned and was quite loud with traffic intersection below our room. The sleep train is an older train, the cart was rocky, loud and challenging to sleep for some of us; dinner and breakfast were provided on the train. Overall, I would recommend the tour and our tour guides from Egypt Tour Club to anyone who will visit Egypt the first time.Show more
