    The trip was cancelled by CroisiEurope and they kept my funds. TourRadar did a Donald Trump ‘I take no responsibility’ and I had a choice to choose another trip by end of December or lose my entire tour costs. Not easy to just pick another date and another trip in Europe from Canada. It’s too bad one cannot give out negative stars as this group is certainly in the ‘Black Hole’ category!!! Buyer beware is too strong a warning!

    I am wondering if all of your cruises drop passengers off at a port and pick them up from the next port, with the expectation that you must take a tour that allows for this.

      For all of our river cruises that we sell ships dock in the port and you have couple of hours (sometimes day or two) to explore ports before the ship goes to the next port of call. Most of our river cruise operators offer shore excursion packages and you have a certified English speaking guide that takes you around. In case you want to stroll around the ports on your own, that is also possible.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before December 1st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 1st, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
