My client reported that the overall tour experience was positive and generally well-organized. The hotels were particularly excellent. The tour operators was fantastic. He mentioned that he may have missed some important tours during the itinerary. My client expressed a preference for full-day excursions rather than the half-day tours that were booked and paid for. He noted that the full-day excursions provided a more comprehensive experience, which he felt justified the additional cost. Upon arrival, his pickup time had not been confirmed, and he was unsure whom to contact, resulting in an unnecessary two-hour wait. However, after the first day, the pickup times were more efficiently organized. Additionally, my client observed that there were very few English-speaking guides available. On occasions when the designated English guide was sick or unavailable, he was either required to join a Spanish-speaking guide’s tour or forfeit the excursion altogether.

Does this tour offer a shared accommodation that my solo traveller can be paired with to reduce the solo traveller price? How many people are confirmed for this tour dated March 25 to April 1st please? Can you offer any discounts, coupons or vouchers for this traveller?

    • Signature DMCOperatorWritten March 2025

We don't work with shared accommodations, always in private ones. So it would not be possible to pay a cheaper price for the Hotels. You will not be sharing this package with other people who also bought it! You will have different people on each excursion! And yes, it is possible to confirm the tour with the flights. No, we can't provide a discount.

This is a program with a moderate level: you should be comfortable with somewhat-demanding activities. Generally considered as easy route, you will visit one of the most popular for hiking. In general, there are short and medium walk trails to very nice areas with spectacular views.

  • D

    Denise

    Asked on June 14th, 2022

How many people are needed for a tour departure to be confirmed? Is there any way to eliminate the single supplement fee as a solo traveler if I am willing to share a room with another female?

    Group size
    Single supplement
    • Signature DMCOperatorWritten June 2022

This is a guided tour. You will not be with the same people the entire time, but might meet different people during excursions. If you are on your own, you should book a SINGLE room with private bathroom and will not share unless you find a room mate. If you want something cheaper, I can quote the same itinerary with 3* properties.
