- SPStephen· February 11th, 2023Avoid at all costs. The absolute worst travel experience I have ever encountered. They took our money but had no idea that India had stopped issuing Travel Visa’s to Brit’s and Canadians due to political one upmanship. The contact in India was only interested in taking money. We had no visa therefore had to cancel and all they wanted to do was refund part of Hotel bill if we threw more money at them to rebook for January without any idea as to when and if visa ban would be lifted. Very poor knowledge, experience and attitude. Just claim off your insurance was his answer. Insurance doesn’t cover Visa issues but then a real travel agent would know that right?
