- Day 1LuxorYour guide picks you up this morning to head to Karnak Temple, where you'll walk through the massive pylons and columns that make up this ancient religious center. From there, you'll move on to Luxor Temple, located right on the Nile's east bank. After checking into your 5-star Nile cruise, you'll have time to grab dinner before heading into the old market of Luxor for an evening wander. The narrow streets and vendor stalls give a real sense of local life. Later, you'll settle in for your first night aboard the cruise. - Meals

- Day 2Luxor West Bank to EdfuYou're up early for a motor boat trip to the West Bank. The Valley of the Kings is where pharaohs were buried, and you'll see tombs carved into the rocky cliffs. Next, you'll visit Queen Hatshepsut Temple, which sits on a cliff overlooking the valley. Back on the cruise by mid-morning, you'll relax while the boat sails past Luxor's islands and local villages. Later in the day, you'll pass through the Esna lock system and arrive in Edfu by evening for your overnight stay. - Meals

- Day 3Edfu to Kom OmboThis day starts before sunrise. You'll take a horse and carriage to Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt with its huge pylon and detailed carvings still visible. After returning to the cruise by mid-morning, you'll have a chance to relax on the sun deck with a drink while sailing toward Kom Ombo. You'll arrive around sunset and go ashore to see Kom Ombo Temple, which overlooks the river and features two sets of hieroglyphic scenes. After exploring, you'll head back to the cruise for the evening. - Meals

- Day 4Kom Ombo to AswanThe alarm goes off around 4:30 AM for a very early departure at 5 AM to visit Abu Simbel temples. These massive rock-cut temples are carved directly into the mountainside and are considered among Egypt's most significant ancient structures. You'll spend several hours there before heading back to the cruise in the afternoon. After resting and having lunch, you'll spend your evening in Aswan's old market, wandering through shops and getting a feel for the city's local rhythm. This is your final night aboard the cruise. - Meals

- Day 5AswanAfter breakfast, you'll head down to the Nile and board a motor boat for the short trip to Philae Island Temple. This temple sits on an island and is dedicated to the goddess Isis, with several pylons and courtyards to explore. From there, you'll visit the Aswan High Dam, the modern engineering project that controls the Nile's flow. The tour ends here, so you'll have the rest of the day on your own. - Meals
