Edna in Realistic Asia was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was to our liking and we had everything we needed before our trip and throughout. We customized the itinerary a bit, and she made sure to confirm everything with us before booking. We loved the fact that all of our transportation was taken care of and the majority of the accommodations were very good, with few exceptions that were not really an issue. The tours were interesting and most of our guides were engaging, special shoutout to our guides in Sapa and in Mekong delta who were simply amazing. Keep in mind that there are some touristy parts in the tours, were we spend time in tourist traps and are prompted to buy souvenirs. That's not our thing but it wasn't that annoying either. Most of our lunch stops were also amazing, the only one that we didn't like was in Ninh Binh. We really liked the fact that some days were in groups but we also had private time to explore at our own pace. Minor things that came up during the trip were handled by Edna promptly, we kept chatting for anything needed. We were unhappy with our transportation experience from/to the airport in Saigon, but this instance did not ruin our overall experience. Currently, we do not support tours that have groups that can join you from the beginning to the end of the trip. Each customer will have a different convenient schedule, such as their duration, their travel date, or the different international flights. Therefore, it will be difficult to find someone with the same dates, the same interests as you as well as willing to share the room with you. The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning until the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for the excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private (stay in your own room, do not share a room with anyone on the trip). Therefore, the price will be higher than the price of a group of 2 people (Sharing the room, transfer, tour cost,...) with a single supplement charge.

The difference between hotel types that greatly affect the price is the basic factors such as the location, furniture, room size, room view, and amenities. The higher the type of hotel, the more comfortable the experience. All our hotels are in the center of cities and are inspected to ensure the service so based on the budget you can consider the reasonable option. For 3-star and 4-star, you will join some partial group tours. For 5-star hotels, besides the higher hotel standards, the tour will be private completely at a higher cost.
