- Day 1RomeYour Rome adventure starts this evening with a welcome meeting at 6 pm. Before that, you'll have the whole day to explore at your own pace. Walk around the city, grab an espresso at a streetside cafe, or head to Trevi Fountain and toss in a coin. Later, you'll meet up with the group for dinner and get to know your fellow travelers. - Day 2RomeThis morning a local leader takes you on an orientation walk through Rome's major sites like the Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Victor Emmanuel Monument, and Pantheon. After the walk, your afternoon is open. Head to Piazza Navona for pizza and espresso, or visit Vatican City and St Peter's Basilica if you prefer. The choice is yours on how to spend the rest of the day. - Meals

- Day 3Rome to FlorenceYou'll take a train from Rome to Florence today. Once you arrive and check into your hotel, your leader guides you on an orientation walk through this culturally rich city. Your evening is free to explore on your own. Consider the Florentine State Museum or Galleria Uffizi if you're in the mood for art, or try local dishes like bistecca alla fiorentina or panforte at a restaurant. - Meals

- Day 4LuccaAfter breakfast, travel to Pisa by train for a short orientation walk. Then you'll see the famous Leaning Tower and get that classic photo everyone wants. Explore the Duomo and Pisa Baptistry, then wander through streets lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Head back to Lucca later, and your evening is free. Relax with Prosecco and fresh focaccia in the shadow of Palazzo Pretorio. - Meals

Then this evening, join a cooking class to learn how to make Italian pasta. After you've mastered the techniques, you'll enjoy what you created for dinner. - Meals

- Day 6VeniceAn early train takes you to Venice, a city full of bridges, towers, canals, and gondolas that haven't changed much since the 15th century. First, an orientation walk helps you get comfortable navigating the complex canal system. From there, the day is yours to explore on your own. Later in the afternoon, rejoin your group for a cicchetti walking tour where you'll snack and sip your way through bars and taverns. - Meals

- Day 7VeniceYou have the entire day to explore Venice however you like. Walk along the Grand Canal, cross the Rialto Bridge, check out Doge's Palace, or wander Piazza San Marco. If you want high views of the city, take a vaporetto to San Giorgio and climb the bell tower. Or treat yourself to a gondola ride through the waterways. This evening, meet up with your group for a celebratory dinner with Venetian specialties like fresh lobster and squid ink spaghetti. - Meals
