- MMuller· July 13th, 2019I joined a group of 4 travelers on a 5 day Northern Tanzania Safari. KWESA had organized a great itinerary that flowed logically from park to park from the start to finish We had Goodluck as our professional guide. He amazed us by the way he turned up wild animals from places that we did not expect. He also talked to other drivers to know where to get animals. Tanzania parks are very nice and well conserved with huge number of animals but the very best from my opinion are Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti. They were very memorable, Serengeti more because we slept in camps where the animals would stroll in and pass close to the tents as we slept inside. I am happy with the package I got and will come back sometime with my family to visit.Show moreKilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari commented on this reviewThank you for great feed back about our service. - SSarah· June 29th, 2019Kwesa tours took my family of 4 to Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti in a 4x4 Landcruiser with an open roof and we got more than we had imagined that a safari would be. To start with our guide John delivered an exceptional safari. We managed to see all the big 5 plus other little and big animals. There were plenty of different birds to see too. We appreciate the advice we got from Teacher on the choice of accommodations in Ngorongoro and serengeti because they were so luxurios serving a wide array of dishes, great continental breakfast. The tents were spacious and comfortable and it was nice to get a family tent in Serengeti where we all fitted. We had such a wonderful time that we would wish to return soon.Show moreKilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari commented on this reviewreply on 09.08.2019 Really appreciation to your feed back about our service. - FFred· April 15th, 2019Last month we went on the memorable safari to Tanzania. We took quite a lot of time searching for the right operators where we looked at reviews, talked to some friends and then decided to to write the companies. Lazaro from KWESA had the best deal and also flexibility in terms of destinations and payment -process. We had been to Tanzania before and have seen most of the animals so we wanted to spend a considerable amount of time learning and experiencing the Tanzanian culture and they had just the right mix of culture and wildlife. We visited a homestead in Moshi to one of the Kids that we have decided to sponsor her education and it was eye opening that some people do not have 3 meals a day. We then visited a Maasai community homestead in Longido where we spent the whole day just watching their way of life. The young men leave with the animals in the morning and the women take care of the younger animals, lunch was a nice little barbeque just for us.... We went back to Ngorongoro Crater, this is one park that one can never get enough of and the wildlife was just as spectacular. elephants herds roaming, lions, wildebeeste in Ndutu. Our last cultural stopover was in Lake Eyasi where we spent a day with the Bushmen. Some things only make sense when you experience them. They have lived in that state for more than a thousand years and are still clinging to the hunting and gathering model though westernization is eating in to their culture and they have adopted a number of modern habits. Great stuff organized by Lazaro and left nice memories. We will definitely come back for another beautiful experienceShow moreKilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari commented on this reviewThanks for great review. - Martin· January 1st, 2019(For the version in german go to the end.) Overall rating: Very friendly and approachable, top quality and at the same time 20% of the booking price supports the educational opportunities for children in the region. I came to the region for the ascent of Kilimanjaro and also undertook a three day safari with 1 guide and 1 driver. Started in Moshi we have been the first day incl. overnight stay with the Osiligilai Maasai. After that 1.5 days in Tarangire National Park incl. overnight stay in the park and 0.5 days in the Hotsprings near Moshi on the way back. Booked activity: - Maasai Osiligilai Lodge (Culture) - Tarangire National Park (Animals) - Hot Spring Kikuletwa / Chemka (Relaxation) Evaluation and tips "Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari" / "Kwesa Tours" - Extremely fast response times after an enquiry from Switzerland - Top support before and during the activity - One gets the feeling that they want to afford more of themselves in order to provide the customer with a perfect stay. - Inclusion of local guides and training of young people - 20% of the turnover goes to a charity to promote the education of children !!! One experiences the beauty of the country and at the same time supports the development of the local population. !!! - They also offer beautiful accommodation, which I did not take due to an existing booking of a hostel. - Not the newest, but technically flawless and daily maintained vehicles - Good driving style of the driver - Through personal conversations with driver or guide I learned a lot about the history and the challenges the country still has to overcome.
- DDeborahGray· December 23rd, 2018Wonderful tour! Guide was fantastic! Excellent value! The company Went out of their way to meet all our needs on the tour. After the tour they came to our hotel to return my husbands binoculars. The company is Tanzanian owned and operated.
