Your included bike in Nicaragua and Costa Rica will be a 27 gear Trek 4500 mountain bike or similar with front suspension and will be the correct frame size for your height. A 21 gear hybrid bike is used for the Panama section. A water bottle holder is included as well as the facility to fit your own pedals or saddle if you wish to bring them. A support vehicle accompanies the included rides throughout the trip except on days 3, 5 and 13. We provide spare parts and take care of the day to day maintenance. All you need to bring is your own helmet. E-Bikes are not available to hire on this tour. Meals included are 13 breakfasts. The majority of people travelling with us are British, also there may be Americans, Canadians and Australians.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Explore!. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
