Very well organized, saw and experienced a lot. Suggestion for improvement: Improve WLAN even during the long car journeys and hotel selection. Hotel in Nepal was great!

Sorry I was being really lazy in my last review just for the sake of doing it but I then remembered how helpful other people’s reviews were for me when booking and feel like it’s only fair to give some more feedback! The drivers and guides were great, very flexible and patient. The itinerary is good - much to see and do during the day but ample time to relax in the late afternoon/evening which I found helpful because India is so noisy and chaotic it was nice to have time to decompress. Nepal is just increíble and the grand hotel was my favorite!!! There no elevator in that hotel and there are a lot of steps to climb in Nepal in general so be ware if you have knee problems it is probably not for you. I call it “knee-pal” because you don’t have to climb Everest to get a good workout there. I really enjoyed this cultural experience. My guides doubled as bodyguards (especially at the Taj Mahal keeping people from taking my picture or overwhelming me with requests) and as photographers themselves so even though I was on a solo trip I have very few selfies. They were so willing to take pics and offering great shots from all the best spots. They know what they’re doing!

Great bunch of tour guides and drivers. Most of the tour guides had good communication abilities. The sites we went to demonstrated the history of India and Napal. Vijay, our driver in India was amazing and was an amazing de-facto tour guide. The accommodations were very, very comfortable. The guides were not only knowledgeable but great photographers. This is definitely a cultural tour and after the end of the tour we were worn out! Nepal is especially amazing. The only negative is the shops we were taken to were definitely priced for westerners. I'd go to every shop we went to understand the prices and by the 3rd shop be ready to purchase so you have a good anchor position in your negotiations.

Overall very good tour. Great and fast communications all through from “Karni” who appears to be one person. We had same driver for Airport-Delhi Hotel, and then to Agra, Jaipur and back. We waited an hour at the usual driver/tour greeting area at Delhi airport – he was out on Kerbside we finally heard from Swastik, and then took us to wrong Hotel in Peak Hour traffic, so 2 wasted hours on Day 1. Not a great start. Mr. Sushil sadly had very little spoken English, and as we spent over 20 hours at least with him in cars, a real shame, as freely offered driver info on what we pass or see, really can enhance ENOSMOUSLY any visitor experience. We just got very unlucky with him, as other local guides were all great. Sushil volunteered almost NOTHING unless asked over those 20 hours, and even then, gave the briefest answers. My biggest gripes were that nowhere was it outlined *EVERY* entry fee was on us – we had no idea. Was about 10% of tour cost. “Visit Taj Mahal” means Visit Taj Mahal and you pay in a long manic line when you get there”. Also each day a new surprise re upcoming fees, meaning many trips to ATMS which for foreign users adds a 500 Rupee $A10) access fee for EACH withdrawal. NONE of the places accepted credit cards, which given the absurd fees for some temples is a pain. These endless entry fees all should be included in tour cost. A total hassle free visit then, all paid up front in tourist home currency, with no annoying and far too regular and expensive visits to ATMs, and that is what tourists want. A SMOOTH tour.
