Asked on June 23rd, 2025can I bring and use a collator (walker) for museums and long walks of long standing still
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written June 2025
We do visit some museums on the itinerary and you can definitely bring a walker to use during those visits, but much of our time on this adventure is spent outdoors exploring the spectacular landscapes of Mongolia. We go further into the wilderness than the average visitor, allowing us to travel through stunning parts of the country, but this also means that there is less infrastructure and some terrains may be difficult to use a walker on so it'll only really come in handy during our time in the city! There are also some scheduled hikes on our itinerary, looking for wild horses and visiting the singing dunes, Vulture's Mouth canyon and the Flaming Cliffs, for instance. These are relatively short, 1-2 hours, on mostly flat or rolling terrain, but not on paved trails, so a walker would be difficult to navigate as well. You can choose to opt out on these hikes if you'd prefer though and you'll still get to enjoy great views of the Flaming Cliffs!
