What people love about South East Queensland Tours
- East Coast Explorer: 5 Week | ULTIMATESydney intro & 5 week East Coast Tour. I have had the most amazing experience in Australia I could of ever wished for and it’s down to Ultimate Travel. I started with the Sydney intro week; it gave me the opportunity to see the best parts of Sydney and doing it in a group with two amazing tour guides (Chloe & Shadi) made it even better. For me, the highlight of that week was Base Camp. The 5 week East Coast Tour was unreal. It is hard to put into words the whole experience. The trip itself was perfect; the destinations, the hostels, the included activities and many sausage sizzles. One of my favourite parts about it was travelling in a close, small group and being guided by an incredible tour guide (Caro). My favourite destination/moment was Fraser Island; camping, Lake McKenzie, campfire songs and driving along the beach with music playing and all of the group loving life... but also Whitsundays, skydiving on Mission Beach and the Great Barrier Reef! I could of stayed on the tour forever. Thank you Ultimate Travel; especially Caro... for helping create memories that will last a life time.
- Brisbane to Cairns - 7 Day Boutique TourAn unforgettable and memorable experience exploring the east coast of Australia from Brisbane to Port Douglas! It is a stunning part of the world and I so am glad that I went on this tour which enabled me to experience it! I wasn’t really sure what to expect as I’ve never been on a tour of this kind before however I enjoyed every second of it and was sad to see it come to an end. Some of my highlights were exploring and snorkelling around the Whitsunday Islands and also scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef which was spectacular, along with the incredible scenery throughout the tour! The entire tour was very well organised to a high standard, was well paced and transportation was also comfortable, I also found the tour very interesting, educational and thought provoking. I learned things that I never would have known had I not gone on this tour. I must also give a huge shout out to Jason who was a tour leader and he was simply incredible and made the tour so special. His knowledge of the various locations and wildlife was second to none and there were not many questions in which he did not know the answer! He was also extremely friendly and caring and did everything that he could to make sure that the whole group had the best time possible. He was always on hand to help anyone with any problem, no matter how big or small, and he bonded with us and felt like a friend throughout the entire tour. I could not have asked for a better tour leader. This tour was an amazing experience that I will never forget, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
- Brisbane to Cairns Experience: Sand Dunes & the WhitsundaysAfter two months of independent travel in Australia and NZ which I loved but sometimes also found a bit tiring I booked this tour as my very first 'everything's pre-organised/ you don't have to worry about ANYTHING' deal and to be honest I was very sceptical first whether took the right decision. In retrospect it was the best decision made at this stage of my travels. I was accompanied by some amazing guide (SHOUT OUT TO QUEEN B) and met a very colorful bunch of people while traveling the fantastic East Coast. I loved it!
