How can I communicate with a tour operator or make an inquiry about a trip?
If you’re interested in a tour and have a question about the accommodations, itinerary, or anything else, click “Ask a Question” on a tour detail page to contact the tour operator. Learn more.
Click “Share link with client” to generate a shareable and unique link for your clients. The page will be set up for customer viewing without certain agent features like commission rates. Learn more.
How and when will my commission be paid?
Every Travel Agent has an account set up on the TourRadar Payments platform (powered by Hyperwallet). Once you have made your first booking, you will be prompted via 2 emails to set up your TourRadar Wallet.
Your commission will be deposited into your TourRadar Wallet 15 days after your client’s departure. You can withdraw your commission at any time. Learn more.
When signing up, select “Agent with Existing Agency” and connect with your accreditation number.
If you can’t find your agency, the agency can generate a link for you under “Users” → “Add New Users” → “Share Invite Link”
